awley's dining room is like a room from the Charleston House of Gone With the Wind . . .  red velvet curtains, darkwood panelling hung with  original artworks for labels of successive vintages.

A candle-lit dinner served most evenings (by arrangement) celebrates good company, friendship and the finest and freshest regional food served in a simple, unfussed form, complemented by Hawley's own wines and produce from our extensive organic vegetable garden and orchards.
