Hawley
prides itself on being an easily accessible, yet
isolated 'place apart', making a perfect and exclusive conference
venue. Hawley regularly hosts business conferences,
government meetings and executive retreats.
Conferences and meetings are catered for up to 30
delegates, other functions, seminars and workshops can be catered for up to 200 attendees. Below is a summary of our facilities, which are
described in more detail in our conference information package.

MEETING ROOM ALTERNATIVES
THE SUNROOM - Board-room style seating for up to 14 delegates, with
fixed charts and whiteboards on one wall. The room can open by french
doors onto the sandstone-paved courtyard providing a delightful, bright
and airy meeting room. DRAWING ROOM - With its 14 foot ceilings, an enormous bay
window overlooking the sea, large open fireplace
and a concert grand piano, the Drawing Room features stately old-world charm. The resident
furniture is comfortable country, which can be
rearranged or removed as need be. Ideal for
casual gatherings and discussions, this space
also comfortably accommodates a formal U-shaped format
for up to 25 delegates.
ALL CREATURES CHURCH - This 1878 Baltic Pine chapel offers the
ultimate in privacy, being set in the gardens
100 metres away from the house. This space is
clean and uncluttered, and the windows provide
ideal natural light for as many as 50
participants in theatre set up or 30 in U-shaped format.
COURTYARD MARQUEE - Covering
a sunken sandstone-paved courtyard surrounded by roses and lily ponds
this is a spectacular summer location for bright and airy outdoor
seminars, workshops or teambuilding, with the benefit of reliable shade
and shelter.

Meetings and conferences are fully catered to highest
standards, using the freshest available ingredients and prepared on the premises.
Lunches
are served outdoors one of the sheltered lawns, depending on the
weather. All inclusive quotes are tailored to your requirements but an
indication of prices is provided below:

Freshly baked morning and afternoon tea from $7 per delegate

person OR Extensive Smorgasbord selection of hot and cold dishes, or
